50 Ways to Take a Break

As you know, the school doors are closed and we are staying home to keep safe and healthy during the Corona-virus pandemic. This continues to be a new experience for all of us. We may find ourselves feeling different feelings while we learn from home, such as: worried, frustrated, stressed, lonely, sad, and bored. When you feel these or other uncomfortable feelings, take a break by trying one or two ideas from the picture below, even for a few minutes. Pay attention to yourself as you will likely start to feel better soon. Which ever idea you decide to try, make sure you share it with an adult as he or she may want to try it for herself or himself. Remember to make sure you remain safe and physically distanced.
